What Makes Us Different
Laex Living was founded by Stacey Smith, a British-born, multi award-winning entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience buying and selling property internationally. Having lived in both the UK and France, Stacey understands the excitement, challenges, and important decisions that come with moving country and investing abroad. Fluent in both English and French, she is able to support clients from different backgrounds with clear communication and trusted guidance throughout the process.
Laex Living is a female-led family business built on strong values: honesty, hard work, personal service, and genuine care for every client we work with. We know that buying property in another country can feel overwhelming, especially when you are trying to understand legal processes, local systems, language barriers, and where to even begin.
The idea for Laex Living came from our own experience of buying a home in Morocco. We saw first-hand how difficult it can be to find reliable information, trusted professionals, and the right support when making such an important move. We knew there had to be a better way, so we created one.
Today, we help international buyers purchase homes, investment properties, renovation projects, and second homes across Southern Morocco, with a strong focus on Taroudant and the surrounding areas. But our service goes far beyond property search.
We have built a trusted network of experienced professionals including lawyers, notaires, accountants, banks, builders, architects, tradespeople, and relocation specialists. This means we can support our clients with every part of the journey, from first enquiry to final signature, and everything that comes after.
